You’re making me wish for Autumn, Chris! These apple recipes are gorgeous - I actually want to try them all! That Carrot-Coriander soup looks heavenly and maybe those apple scones will be first up on my list! (Because I can’t choose just 1🤫☺️)

The Danish Apple cake is the recipe my mother made! I even went to my recipe box, the old one with my childhood memories, to compare. She did always say that it was from her friend Sonya's grandmother. Love this!
