Before I tell you about this yummy chicken I wanted to remind you; don’t forget the FREE GIVEAWAY DRAWING – a year’s supply of fabulous Maldon Sea Salt! You have until Friday – don’t miss out!
I like to use Tequila Citrus Grilled Chicken in a myriad of ways. It’s wonderful served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables for a hearty dinner, makes a wonderful sandwich for lunch on Sweet Potato Sandwich Rolls and the leftovers make delicious Pita Pizzas or tasty Grilled Chicken Quesadillas. Check back tomorrow for an incredible salad – Tequila Citrus Chicken with Grilled Peach & Raspberry Salad. Since the picture below is better than a thousand of my words (Thanks Scott – my sweet husband and awesome photographer!!) I’ll just leave you with this warning; computers really don’t do very well with drool, so sit back just a bit as you gaze at this wonderful salad!
P.S. I’ll also include the recipe for the Sweet Basil Vinaigrette …………oh, and that yummy grilled bread with melted, marinated, fresh mozzarella – once you taste this, you might just want it for a meal all on it’s own!
