Chili Lime Salad Dressing

This fresh, delicious Chili Lime Salad Dressing is fabulous on any salad - it also makes a wonderful sauce for chicken, shrimp, salmon, etc!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger (or ginger paste)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili garlic sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake, shake, shake.
  2. Taste and add more chili garlic sauce and/or salt and pepper, to taste.
