2medium ripe peachespitted and sliced
2medium ripe nectarinespitted and sliced
2medium ripe plumspitted and sliced
½cupsweet cherriespitted and halved
2medium ripe tomatoessliced (red, yellow or any color in between)
1cupcherry or grape tomatoeshalved
½ -¾cupsmall fresh mozzarella ballsperlini or ciliegine, or diced fresh mozzarella
Arrange all fruit (yes tomatoes are actually a fruit) and fresh mozzarella on a platter. Drizzle with the Sweet Basil Vinaigrette. Sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts and fresh ground black pepper. Serve extra dressing at the table.
