Ingredients
1cupcreamy peanut butter
3tablespoonssoy sauce
¼cuprice vinegar
3tablespoonsfinely grated fresh ginger
5tablespoons dark brown sugar
3medium cloves garlic
2teaspoonsground coriander
2teaspoonchili garlic sauce
3tablespoonsstrong brewed coffee optional - you can sub water if preferred
Combine all ingredients except water in a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth. Add 5 tablespoons water and blend again. Add more water until desired consistency is reached.
