Easy Greek Salad Dressing

This Fresh Herb Greek Salad Dressing is one of those simple, throw-it-all-in-the-blender recipes. The base dressing is delicious on its own, but fresh herbs take it WAY over the top!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt more to taste
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup mild flavored oil grapeseed sunflower, avocado, canola, etc.
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves tightly packed
  • ¼ cup fresh curly parsley leaves tightly packed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until nice and smooth.

  2. Transfer to a storage container, taste and add more salt, if needed. Shake well before serving. Dressing will keep for 5-7 days, refrigerated.
