    Chris, what a wonderful recipe – I do not think that I ever made a fresh corn salad in my life – now that you inspired me in such a delicious way, I will have to find fresh corn which is no easy task around here.

    Chris, A close high school friend spent the night Sunday. I made the corn salad for supper. Just finished the leftovers…about 1/3 cup. The salad was wonderful. I used tomato feta. Made the salad Saturday night. Added the bacon, mango, avocado as well as the juice from another lime Sunday evening. Very refreshing. Thanks! Beth
