These make-ahead, Goat Cheese Mousse and Smoked Salmon Canapés will make your life a bit easier, and the “Merry Month of May” a bit merrier (and more sane!). The delicious crackers look fancy, but are made simply with deli-sliced rye bread. They can be made up to a week ahead, but if you’re pressed for time, a package of nice crackers will easily sub . The light, silky-smooth mousse is made with just three ingredients and takes less than five minutes – and the salmon? It comes all set to go! Put these delightful little bites together at the last minute and expect lots of compliments!
