Good morning, Chris. Do you know of a raspberry vinaigrette recipe made with raspberry vinegar? Most I have seen use raspberries which are whirred in a blender along with other ingredients. I have 2 gallons of raspberry vinegar aging right now that will be ready in a few weeks. I have also made a smaller amount of blackberry vinegar. If anyone is interested in making the vinegar, I found it in Hellen Witty's "Fancy Pantry" book. I ordered white wine vinegar gallons directly from Colavita, if anyone is needs a source for white wine vinegar. I couldn't find gallons locally. My grand daughters love raspberry vinaigrette, and I am hoping to be able to find a recipe that isn't too high in calories. I just love your blog!

Hi Donna, how fun to make your own raspberry and blackberry vinegars! Thanks for sharing your expertise and tips.
I don't have a recipe at this time for a raspberry vinaigrette with raspberry vinegar but that may have to be something I put on my "to try" list!

I have tried some of the dressings and they are exquisite, but I am in love with each and every bottle you have them in! Do tell, where do you find some of those creations?
Chris Scheuer says
Aww... thanks so much, Cynthia! Scott and I love to nose through antique, thrift and consignment shops. That's where I find most of them. I can never resist a pretty cruet or pitcher. Perhaps you should come and "shop" in my prop closet 💕
