Can you please tell me what is half and half - and ingredient I see in your buttermilk cake recipe(icing)
Thank you. 😀
Chris Scheuer says
Hi Shell, half and half is an American convenience product that's often used for coffee. It's simply a mixture of whole milk and heavy cream. It's usually 1/4 heavy cream to 3/4 whole milk.
