Do you have a go-to meal when you're craving comfort food? Around here, we love anything Italian. It seems to always be a hit and a lot of times, can be made ahead, which makes it perfect for entertaining. We recently experienced record high temperatures for February. And while it was a wonderful taste of spring, we still have several more weeks of winter around here. I'm thinking one of these cozy pasta dishes just might be the perfect thing to get us through!
