In this unprecedented and crazy time for our country and the world, we're staying in and cooking more. While avoiding the grocery store, we're trying to use what we have. These recipes feature some pantry ingredients that we always have on hand. We like to keep a good stock of beans (all kinds!), pasta and grains, and a wide variety of canned tomatoes. For baking, we always keep butter, sugar, and flour stocked. Hopefully, these recipes will inspire you to use what you have right now. Let us know in the comments if we can help with substitutions!
