So much healthier and prettier. With this version I won't feel the least bit guilty if I have seconds.
Want to try this now!!! Looks wonderful!
I've been wanting to give these a try and I like your light and healthy approach!
Congratulations on the Parade Magazine features-very nice Chris 😉
Looking at the onion in this pic....did you use "red" onions for this?
Looking at the color of the onion in n the pic....did you use "red" onions for these?
Congrats on the Parade article! Big deal, well deserved. 🙂 Gorgeous pictures, great recipe - thanks so much.
Look at that flawless cut, I love it! Congrats on your Parade feature, Chris!
This is the most bveautiful onion I have ever seen!Work of art!
Kisses!
Thanks for sharing, my husband is going to fall in love with this!
I've been waiting to try these, too...mainly because I think I'd snarf them all down myself! But maybe I won't feel as guilty with your lighter version! I'm still in awe that you're in Parade!! So fun that you're now a celeb!
What a spectacular photo!!
I have to check out your recipe! The blooming onion in your photo is so pretty!! Loos just like a water lilly.
That "flower" is gorgeous! I can't wait to wow my football fanatics when I bring this out as a snack! Thanks, Chris!
What a great fix. I have to admit I love them, but not that feeling later.
So beautifully cut!
Chris I love your version of these and so nice to be able to dip in multiples to create an even more spectacular dish. Great appetizer, perfect for the upcoming holidays.
Pretty blooming onions, Chris! They look much healthier than the battered, deep-fried ones that I see at some restaurants.
Oh, it looks like a huge pink flower, much prettier than the deep fried version. That was the ONE bad thing about those onions, they were just loaded with sat fat!
I make these quite regularly and I fell in love instantly when I saw them in the Food and Drink magazine I gleaned them in.Beauteous!
This used to be my mum's favourite side dish at a restaurant we went to heaps when we were little! I might have to recreate it for her.
I love bloomin' onions and these look even better since you lightened them up!
