    Psalm 147: 3 (Amplified Bible)
He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (healing their pain and comforting their sorrow).

  4. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Sister, Chris. I will pray for comfort and peace in the coming months and that the wonderful memories soon come first. I love looking at your beautiful posts and was so thrilled to see a picture of Lindsay and Nick's adorable little ones this time. Lindsay's parents were dear friends and I love that you share so many stories about your children and Grandchildren. We actually met at a shower we gave in G'boro years ago when Lindsay and Nick were getting married. Take care and thanks for the delicious recipes!
    Take care,

  5. Dear Chris - So very sorry to hear about your sister. I remember posts from months ago where she visited you (along with other sisters, I believe) and you all cooked and laughed together. Those wonderful memories and your faith in God will take you through these difficult days.

I, along with many of my friends, so appreciate you and your wonderful posts. In fact, recently a small "pod" of us had dinner together and we were all talking about how we defer to the Cafe for our nightly meal inspirations. You have saved us during these stay at home times.

God bless you, Scott and your lovely family.

    1. Thank you, Judi,
You have a great memory. We were all together in the fall of 2019 and had a ball. Little did we know that was the last time. It's a wonderful but bittersweet memory.

Hope to see you all soon.
Life is short! Love to you all!
