Hi Chris and Scott, just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your recipes and presentation of the food prepared. Unfortunately, I suffer from IBS (recently diagnosed) which can make it challenging at times. I love apples, but...alas it's not a great fruit for those with IBS or so they say. Still, I'm finding I'm not alone...IBS, gluten intolerance, etc. Is there a possibility of offering some alternative ingredients for the growing number of people who love your recipes but aren't sure how to covert to user friendly recipes. By the way, I live in the southern part of Australia. Cheers...Madeleine
Chris Scheuer says
Cheers, Madeleine, all the way to Australia!
Thanks for your kind note. Regarding providing alternative ingredients, I will work on that whenever I can. It takes me quite a while to test my recipes but when I can I'll try them with substitute ingredients.

Under the picture of the apple muffins it says scones. Apple bran muffins sound good.

Thanks, Char! Fixing that now 🙂
