Thought for the day:
The Son is the image of the invisible God,
the firstborn above all creation.
For in him all things were created:
things in heaven and on earth,
visible and invisible,
whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities;
all things have been created through Him and for Him.
He is before all things, and in Him,
all things hold together.

Hi Josephine, thanks for your kind words 🥰 Honestly, I've tried all of the "tricks" for high domed muffins. Some of them help somewhat but I've come down to two things that I think make a difference. One is the pan. I really love the OXO Good Grip muffin pans. The cups are a little narrower and a bit taller than many muffin pans and I think that... plus the metal that they're made of help promote a good rise. I have a much more expensive muffin pan with wider cups and I don't get pretty domed muffins with it.

The second thing that makes a difference is the recipe itself. I've tried lots of muffin recipes that don't produce a nice domed top and I usually just discard them. I really don't want to make muffins that don't look pretty, even if they're really tasty.
Hope that helps!

PLEASE, PLEASE tell us the method you use to get those fantastic mile high muffins results. I have not seen more beautiful muffins than the ones on your blog today. For someone who prides herself as a successful baker of most things, I CANNOT make muffins!!!!! Although your Honey Glazed Bran Muffins did have a bit of a dome but nothing like the ones I see on your muffins. Thanking you in advance.
