I follow you and have made your scone recipes many times! They are so easy and everyone who eats them says how delicious they are. I adapted your cranberry orange to make them as blueberry lemon. I made them and froze them in packs of two with baking instructions for my son, who loves scones, lives alone with MS and often has little energy to spare to “cook from scratch”.
I was hoping you had an RE recipe for gingerbread flavoured scones as Christmas is coming.
Do you? Or could you offer a suggestion to adapt your maple pecan scones to gingerbread flavours?
I recommend your sute and your recipes to everyone! Thank you so much!

Thank you, Karen! What a sweet and kind idea to freeze the scones for your son. I know he thinks fondly of you each time he smells that wonderful aroma from the oven.
I don't have a recipe for gingerbread scones but you've given me a great idea! I will work on that!

Dear Chris, I never imagined I could make delicious scones!!! I have tried in the past but they were always dry and tough. Your ridiculously easy method is truly soo easy.. I love having the dough in the freezer for a quick easy breakfast treat.
My grandaughter, age 12, recently made your "R E'" Marry Me Chicken. She was so proud of the fact that everyone cleaned their plates.
Her Dad said we might have to hide that recipe till she's 25.
Please keep your Ridiculously Easy recipes coming. They make us look like great cooks...
Thanks, D. Banana

Thanks, D Banana 💕💕💕 You made me laugh right out loud when I read the part about your granddaughter! Bravo to her (and prayers for her dad 😂).

I love the sound of these muffins and scones, but I have developed a gluten intolerance and most of the gluten-free flours I have tried just do not have the consistency I would like, even for pie doughs. Do you have any suggestions?
Chris Scheuer says
I am not the best one to ask about GF baking but I know that we have a lot of readers who are GF and I'm hoping they will chime in and advise. I know a lot of people have said that they like King Arthur GF flour but again, I'm not the expert in this area.

My wife recently started a Keto regimen to help her watch sugar intake and, since I do most of the cooking, I don't get a chance to bake things as much as I'd like. Nevertheless I visit your site every day and fantasize. These all look delicious. I hope you were able to find a copy of Bake from Scratch.

You are so kind, Michael 💕 I've looked but still haven't found Bake from Scratch yet. Maybe Whole Foods will have it. I need to go there soon!
