Our favorite easy, make-ahead breakfast ideas. These healthy and delicious recipes are perfect for busy weekdays.

Busy weekday mornings call for a quick and healthy breakfast. We love having a freezer stash of healthy muffins, granola, and smoothie ingredients to make mornings simple.

These are some of our favorites that can be made or prepped ahead of time. And while we love a good breakfast treat, these recipes are healthy and filling and make a great weekday morning meal. Be sure to pin them for later!

So Thank you! My question is when you give the temp for baked goods and casseroles etc are you using a convection setting or regular oven setting? Thanks Lois

    1. Thanks so much, Lois! The oven temperature is for a regular oven setting. I know not everyone has a convection oven, so I test everything in a regular setting. Hope that helps!
