Hi Chris I have enjoyed your site for a long time now and have meant to thank you. I enjoy hearing about your trips to Ireland and France and also am inspired by your daily bible verse. So Thank you! My question is when you give the temp for baked goods and casseroles etc are you using a convection setting or regular oven setting? Thanks Lois
Chris Scheuer says
Thanks so much, Lois! The oven temperature is for a regular oven setting. I know not everyone has a convection oven, so I test everything in a regular setting. Hope that helps!
