These super easy cakes are a fabulous way to celebrate the month of February "I love you", "I care", and/or "I want to be your friend". And besides being ridiculously easy, they're also ridiculously delicious!
I love that Valentine's Day comes in February, a month that can bring winter doldrums as the cold, blustery days seem endless. But February 14th changes all that - it brings cheer and a reason to celebrate family, friends and loved ones. We're sharing 4 delicious pink cakes early enough in the month that you can pick a favorite and surprise your sweetheart(s) with something beautiful and tantalizing for their taste buds. You could also make all three... that's perfectly legal, but only in February!

With each recipe, we've included pics of the inside as well as the pretty pink exterior. As you will see, no dry, boring cakes in this collection!
