  1. I was impressed by the look and taste of the chocolate yogurt cake when I made it a few months ago. Thanks for this post-it’s reminded me to try more of your cake recipes. They’re exactly the right size for 2 people to be able to have a small treat every evening after supper and still only have to bake once a week.

  2. I can’t thank you enough for supplying these recipes for my friends and I to gorge on, LOL! However I must admit your previous recipe for Svenska Kladdkaka is *my* constant ‘go-to’. It is sooooo authentic, super easy, and NO-FAIL!

    Many, MANY thanks again!

    1. I have to laugh (and appreciate) how my readers keep me on track! I realized my error (it was the queen of France) after the email went out. 💕

      1. Chris, I would probably edit that from your blog. It’s common knowledge who that statement was attributed to (it was definitely not the Queen of England). It’s a metaphor for privileged people being clueless about the plight of the poor. Nothing to do with people enjoying cake.

        1. Thanks, Susan. I did a little research on the subject and it's pretty certain that Marie Antoinette never really said that. I understand and appreciate what you're saying but I'm not using it in that context. I did change it to Let Us Eat Cake to make sure no one is offended. 💕

  3. The Key Lime Coconut Cake is a family favorite, but I made the Sweet Cherry Almond Cake yesterday for a birthday dinner and it was a hit. We do not eat cake very often, but your one-bowl cakes are delicious and ideal for making at our beach house where kitchen utensils are limited. I love your recipes and look forward to reading your posts.
