2021 was a delicious year here at The Café! These are our favorite new recipes created this year. Did your favorite make the list?

Before we completely say goodbye to 2021, we wanted to look back at OUR favorite recipes from the year. We shared the most popular Café  recipes from the standpoint of our readers last week, in case you missed that.

This super easy Classic Quiche Lorraine with its creamy, tender custard filling, ribbons of thinly sliced prosciutto and crisp, flaky crust is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and makes fabulous leftovers! We enjoyed this one for our Christmas morning breakfast and decided it will be our forever tradition... it's THAT good!

This hearty, healthy Black Bean Turkey Chili is loaded with veggies, black beans, lean ground turkey and lots of delicious South-of-the-Border flavor! Everyone who's tried this chili has gone CRAZY over it!

  1. What kind of goat cheese do you use and where do you purchase it? I have had it one time and it had a very strong bad taste.

    1. Hi Carol, if it had a strong, bad taste, it was probably spoiled. I like to look for a goat cheese that is locally made although I've found great goat cheese at both Aldi and Costco.
