What kind of goat cheese do you use and where do you purchase it? I have had it one time and it had a very strong bad taste.

Hi Carol, if it had a strong, bad taste, it was probably spoiled. I like to look for a goat cheese that is locally made although I've found great goat cheese at both Aldi and Costco.
