I made the Instant Pot Vegetable Beef Soup tonight. It was fantastic! Amazing depth of flavor, exceptionally tender beef, and loaded with healthy vegetables. It was all that a good winter Soup should be; hardy, filling,satisfying!
I grew up eating my grandmothers homemade Vegetable Beef Soup. It was my favorite meal as a child. This recipe has that one beat!
