This fresh-tasting raspberry freezer jam, prepared with fresh or frozen berries, can be made any time of year! And it takes less than 10 minutes of hands-on time! Use it to make our Raspberry Jam Shortbread Tart which might just be the best dessert you've ever tasted!
I just made a batch of our Easy Raspberry Freezer Jam using some frozen berries I had picked up at the grocery store a few weeks ago. Within 30 minutes I had 6 jars of beautiful ruby jewel-toned jam lined up on my kitchen counter.
I plan to give a few jars away (adorned with our free printable labels - see the post to learn how to receive them).
I'll also stash a few jars in the freezer and keep one jar in the fridge to enjoy on toasted brioche bread, scones and biscuits.
You know how one thing leads to another, right? Well... making the jam got me dreaming of our Raspberry Jam Shortbread Tart, probably one of our favorite desserts ever!
With sweet raspberry jam nestled between melt-in-your-mouth shortbread and a buttery crumble topping, this Raspberry Jam Shortbread Tart is always a winner!
I plan to use some of my raspberry jam stash to make this tart next time we have guests. I love that you can make it ahead and warm it slightly just before serving.
While we're on the topic of raspberries, we have a few other recipes you might enjoy featuring the sweet crimson berries.

Raspberry coulis
And last, but not least, this Easy Raspberry Coulis (just a fancy name for a delicious, super versatile raspberry sauce). It's wonderful on ice cream, yogurt, oatmeat... and it pairs fabulously with chocolate and a zillion other desserts!
So if you need a little culinary pickup, make a batch of this raspberry jam or one of these other delightful raspberry recipes!
