It's winter citrus season and we've rounded up some of our favorite recipes to inspire you!

We're starting a new series called "What to Eat Now" spotlighting the freshest, most delicious seasonal produce and/or the perfect recipes to cook, serve and enjoy right now. From blood oranges to lemons and grapefruits, now is the time to enjoy all the winter citrus fruits! These beautifully hued fruits add a much-needed brightness to all kinds of dishes. We love using citrus fruits in salads and salad dressings, but they're also outstanding in baked goods. Here are some of our favorite recipes and others that inspired us from around the web featuring winter citrus. Hopefully, these recipes will bring some sunshine to your winter days!

  1. Great suggestions, your photos alone make you want to prepare all of them. Winter is the perfect time to use citrus...it is readily available in the markets and brightens up a meal. We happen to live in a town known for growing citrus and it is being pick now so I know it is perfectly ripe and sweet.
