Ten of our favorite super easy, super delicious desserts, perfect for Mother's Day. This post is loaded with cake, tart and cookie ideas. All requiring just one bowl, and no mixer!
With Mother's Day coming this weekend, we've rounded up some of our favorite dessert recipes. We know that Mother's Day might look a little different this year for some of you. But here's a fun idea: if you can't be with your mom on this special occasion, why not bake something delicious, send mom a picture and a promise of your sweet confection as soon as you can be together?
How about another idea! If you can't be with mom this Mother's Day, is to make one of these desserts together on FaceTime, Zoom, etc. That way, you could even sit down and enjoy dessert time together online!
All of these recipes can be made using just one bowl, so there's no need to even drag out the mixer. We like to keep things simple and (of course) delicious at the same time! Happy Mother's Day!

These recipes look wonderful! I discovered your blog via your wonderful carrot cake bars, and am delighted that I did! Such a wonderful source for recipes. Thank you for keeping ads to a minimum- so many blogs now are absolutely impossible to navigate. Appreciate that yours is much easier to scroll through!

Chris,
Have been a fan of your site for months, but when it comes to cakes, being CHOCOLATE LOVERS, the Swedish Sticky chocolate cake takes our breath away! My family begs for this every time I mention 'dessert'. Can't wait to try a couple of these other items as I love how you simplify
somewhat intricate, lengthy procedures to ease time and effort in creating home-cooked foods!
Happy Mother's Day to you!
