  2. Magic Apple Cake
    I've made this several times, As I was given a lot of apples last fall.
    I love it because it uses 4 cups of chopped apples, and I always double the recipe to freeze one.
    I use one of your toppings from a different cake and it comes out so delicious, everyone loves it
    The topping is maple syrup, walnuts, dates, butter, cooked in a saucepan, then spread on top the batter before cooking.
    I make more than you called for, at least double ingredients
