For the most part, we use easy freezer recipes so there are no canning skills required - and, even if it's not a true "freezer jam", you can just store it in the freezer instead of canning.

Would you please share all the recipe labels with me? I have made the raspberry freezer jam, many, many times. It's my hubby's favorite. There may be a new favorite in this grouping too.
