These one-bowl Buttermilk Bran Muffins are moist, tender and loaded with flavor. They rise high in the oven and honey-butter glaze literally seals the deal!
It took a long time... actually years, to find the perfect bran muffin recipe but once I discovered it, there was no looking back. The original recipe is fantastic but there are now four fabulous variations, definitely something to please everyone.

The recipe includes lots of bran and whole wheat flour so you can feel good about enjoying them any time of the day. The simple honey-butter glaze (or maple-butter glaze) is the delicious crowning glory!

This One-Bowl, Honey-Glazed Bran Muffin recipe was the original, the one that got me on the bran muffin wagon. The first time I tried it, I knew we had a winner. The muffins were moist, delicious and super easy to put together and they rolled out of the oven with rounded, bakery-style, tops!

Another variation, these fabulous one-bowl, no-mixer Blueberry Bran Muffins are high-fiber, super moist, studded with juicy blueberries and lower in refined sugar than most muffins!

These delicious Honey-Glazed Apple Bran Muffins are moist, tender, studded with sweet chunks of apple and laced with cinnamon. They rise up with high-domed tops and come together quickly with one bowl and no mixer!

These Maple-Glazed Cranberry Pecan Bran Muffins are not only healthy and filling, they're SO delicious, you'll find yourself making them again and again! And it doesn't hurt that they come together quickly with one bowl and no mixer needed!

And last, but definitely not least, these tropic-inspired Pineapple Coconut Bran Muffins are not your ordinary bran muffin. They're bursting with fabulous flavor and the sweet honey-butter glaze keeps them nice and moist!
Thought for the day:
But because of his great love for us,
God, who is rich in mercy,
made us alive with Christ
even when we were dead in transgressions
-it is by grace you have been saved.
Ephesians 2:4-5
What we're listening to for inspiration:
Mercy

I've been really wanting to make a bran muffin with dried candied ginger in it. I love chopped ginger in scones - but I've never tried it in muffins.
Using your basic honey butter glazed bran muffin recipe, do you think that would go well? I'd use maybe half finely chopped ginger and half raisins.
Thanks for any input.
Yum! That would be delicious! You're giving me a new idea for my bran muffin collection
!
After making your astoundingly delicious blueberry bran muffins, I am committed to attempting every muffin recipe you publish! Looking at this collection of muffins, it seems that the last two are possibly the same muffin (Honey-Glazed Pineapple Coconut Bran Muffins). At least, their links go to the same page. Is that an error or am I just reading something incorrectly again?
Ah, thanks, John! The first one was supposed to link to our Maple Glazed Cranberry Pecan Bran Muffins. I appreciate you letting me know. You'll have to try that one now 😋
