This 30-Minute Thai Peanut Chicken with super tender chicken, healthy veggies and a silky smooth Asian peanut sauce comes together in less time than you can order takeout!
Just made this and it is DELICIOUS! I used the low side of the red curry paste, but next time I’ll add another ½ TBLS to kick it up a bit. I followed the recipe exactly and it is a keeper, like so many other recipes I’ve tried from your site. Thank you so much.
These Italian Chicken Meatballs are made from boneless, skinless chicken breasts, not ground chicken. They’re lean, light, tender, juicy and full of flavor!
I made this today and my husband and I really liked it. I am on a low carb diet so instead of bread crumbs in it I used 2 eggs, It turned out really good and held together very well. Love the marinara sauce. Thanks for posting it.
This easy slow cooker (or instant pot) Brown Sugar Balsamic Pulled Pork is healthier than most, takes minutes to put together and is a delicious crowd pleaser!
Chris, this is one of my absolute favorites! I serve it using Bibb lettuce leaves like a taco. I am planning for company and have it in my Slow cooker now. Also, just made the naan bread for quick pizza using your pizza sauce. Terrific recipes for “make ahead” delicious meals. Thank you.
With juicy, tender chicken, healthy farro and loads of fresh spinach, this hearty, delicious Lemon Rosemary Chicken and Farro is an easy meal in one pan!
Just finished a lovely dinner with my hubby. We both enjoyed it very much. This recipe is open to personal interpretation based on family preferences and pantry stock. But I always try to stick to the original recipe when making it for the first time when possible. The combo of farro and chicken worked beautifully together. Thank you for the recipe!
Healthy and super delicious, this Butternut Chicken Coconut Curry comes together in less than an hour. It makes a beautiful presentation and can be prepped ahead for easy, elegant entertaining.
I have watched hours and hours of the cooking channels and never heard of velveting chicken! I am thrilled that you told us how to do this! It worked great and I can’t wait to try it with many other chicken recipes!! The curry is awesome! I left a few chunks of veggies out of the puree.
This healthy Roasted Veggie and Crispy Chickpea Salad combines crispy, spicy chickpeas, caramelized veggies, Israeli couscous, buttery, toasted pine nuts and a generous shower of fresh herbs. It makes a delicious side or a fabulous main course!
Served it tonight at Bible Study. The ladies loved it!!!! Outstanding recipe. Jalapeño adds some kick to it.
Everyone needs a super easy and universally-loved dinner idea up their sleeve. This Easy Thin Crust Pizza Tutorial will show you how to make shatteringly crisp, outrageously delicious pizza in 20 minutes!
WOW!!!!!! This worked great with Misson Gluten Free Tortillas. What a treat! I would suggest if using GF tortillas that they be baked a little longer on each side initially before adding the cheese, sauce and topping. GF fours are notorious for being a bit gummy. BRILLIANT idea you had! Thank you!
With a delicious Mexican-inspired dry rub, melting garlic lime butter and a few easy grilling tricks this recipe for Perfectly Grilled Steak is sure to become a favorite!
Had this steak last night with guests for dinner – OMG – it was soooo good. Unbelievable. I never would have guessed the flavoured butter would make such a difference! Thank you!
This make-ahead Italian Chicken Sausage Ravioli Lasagna is bursting with fabulous Italian flavor and tastes like you labored for hours! No one has to know the delicious little secret.
Made this exactly as is and the whole family loved it. I think the sausage really makes it.
This Mexican Sugar-Seared Salmon Salad is one of our favorite meals ever. Use this easy, healthy salmon recipe in lots of other ways too!
Absolutely fabulous recipe. Our latest favorite salmon preparation. The recipe was perfect exactly as written. Will make this often. Thank you for another amazing yet simple recipe!!
This super flavorful Chicken Andouille Gumbo can be made ahead for an easy, relaxed (and delicious) dinner!
This is a fantastic recipe! The gumbo turned out to be a very comforting meal on a cold rainy day. We added some hot sauce at the end to taste, because a few members of the family don’t like it spicy, and the vinegar from that added a nice acidic pop. Can’t wait to have the leftovers for lunch today at work–my colleagues will be jealous!
If you're wanting to switch things up, how about breakfast for dinner? This Best Ever Pancakes recipe employs Greek yogurt to make light, tender, super pancakes!
This will be the last pancake recipe you will ever need. It’s so fast to put together and cook. I didn’t have plain greek yogurt on hand but I did have vanilla greek yogurt so that’s what I used in the recipe. It tasted great. My 3 year old grandson ate 4 pancakes at one sitting so you’ve got to know they were good! Thanks so much for the recipe!

Good day!
My husband is an older guy who has agreed to help with dinners once a week, YAY! Only problem being head does not know how to cook other than scrambled eggs. He likes to look at recipes and thinks he might actually cook but really has no clue what easy is. I can step in but he wants to do it himself. His first attempt was broccoli chicken. He was about to put the cornstarch on totally dry ingredients, thankfully I went see how things were going and diverted a disaster.
Would it be possible for you to put out a few recipes directed at the new cook with minimal skills and all thumbs? I’m sure there are more folks out there that would find this helpful. As for me I love your recipes! Thanks much!

Thanks, Billy! Bravo to your husband for attempting to cook! I try to keep beginning cooks in mind when I add the Café Tips. I'm wondering if some of the Ridiculously Easy recipes might be good for him to try?
