  1. Thank you so much I've been looking for a ginger bread cake recipe, I have a loaf pan with two Gingerbread men on it , do you thing I can bake this cake in a loaf pan? I went to Starbucks the other day and bought a slice of their gingerbread loaf it was good but the icing was very hard. Would like to try this recipe in my loaf pan. I would love your input on this. Thanks Chris, all your recipes are amazing haven't had one fail yet.
