Too hot to cook? No problem! As I put this post together, our Western NC mountain town is about as hot as I can ever remember it being. We're pretty spoiled with cooler temperatures than the rest of our state, but this week has felt like a sauna. I know we're not alone. If the thought of turning on your oven makes you want to cry, these recipes are for you. They're all super delicious and come together easily- no baking required!
