  1. What a great collection of Mexican recipes! Just in time for Cinco de Mayo! We will be making green chili chicken enchilladas, Avacodo salad and Mexican corn. I will also make some of the enchillada sauce for other recipes. Thanks for yet another great opportunity to expand my collection.

  2. So much Mexican food goodness! I think I'll have to celebrate Cinco de Mayo over several days 🙂

  3. What a delicious list Chris! I want to come to your Cinco de Mayo celebration!

  4. Oh my, I need one of each! Mexican food is definitely my fave and all of the things I like best are right here! Dreaming about how I can get all of this on the table at once!

  5. After perusing your awesome Mexican recipes for a very long time (at least 2 minutes!!) my Cinco de Mayo dinner will include the honey-lime chicken and the chopped salad. Just the two of us eating this year, but we'll bring part of the dishes to a housebound friend. Not only do your recipes taste amazing, Chris, but they are works of art, too. You always present your creations so beautifully. Your photos are so colorful and vibrant, and the coordinating settings look amazing. You should publish a cook book! Thanks for sharing such wonderful recipes along with serving ideas that feed the need for beauty and deliciousness!

    1. Oh, I love both of those choices! You will have a very delicious dinner as will your friend. That is so kind of you!
Thanks so much for your kind and encouraging words, I really appreciate it. Scott and I laugh about how I always enjoyed playing "house" as a child and now I get to play it with my food and photo shoots:)
Enjoy the recipes and happy Cinco de Mayo!

  6. What a terrific way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Like you, I could eat Mexican food all the time. I need to try your beautiful chopped salad - so pretty! Pinned

  7. I haven't made any of the recipes yet, but they all look so good. Can hardly wait to get to town to buy ingredients. Use to live in the Rio Grande area of Texas, and the recipes remind me how good their Tex-Mex dishes were. Still live in Texas, but in our small town the food isn't as good. So, I will just cook my own. Thanks so much for the recipes.
