Hello Chris and Scott,
I really enjoy your recipes . I've made your shortbread cookies with the icing dip and flip it was so easy, they came out great. They were a success everyone enjoyed them. Thank you so much! Also for the Scripture. 😊

These recipes all look delicious -- I'm looking forward to trying them! Can you tell me what brand (or even what size) cookie cutter you used for your Easter Egg shaped cookies? They look to be a perfect size - not too big or too small. I think I need to add that cutter to my collection....
Chris Scheuer says
Hi Ellie, I use a 3-inch egg cutter. The smallest one from a set like this: https://amzn.to/2QRq7gB

I don't think I've ever commented before but I should have done so earlier: I use your recipes a great deal of the time. I recently forwarded to a friend, telling her that these are recipes you can trust for company without previewing--always delicious and always easy--even easy enough for a weeknight typically. I made your microwave lemon curd at Christmas and I couldn't believe how easy it was and how wonderful! We have your honey bourbon salmon (and the Mexican Sugar Seared Salmon), the juicy stovetop chicken breasts (often with your Peruvian spice rub and green sauce), and any number of your hearty salads/dressings on our regular weekly menu plan. Thank you so much!

As always, your recipes are timely, well explained and beautifully photographed! I have just forwarded this to my Sister. She will be cooking for a much larger group for breakfast. Those eggs in the whole grain rolls are on my list, great idea!
