After all the delicious splurges that come with holiday eating, we're always ready to get back on track when a new week starts. A big, fresh, healthy salad is one of our favorite ways to do that! We've rounded up some of our very favorite main course salad recipes. They all feature a protein from salmon, steak, chicken to shrimp, there's something for everyone. Be sure to put these on your meal plan this week!
