Do you like Thanksgiving leftovers? We normally enjoy one plate of leftovers and then are ready to move on to lighter options. We had a smaller gathering this year and just cooked a turkey breast. But we still have a ton leftover! So if you're in the same boat, we've rounded up some delicious ways to repurpose all that turkey. And if you don't have any turkey to use, all of these recipes work perfectly with a rotisserie chicken.

  2. I just made the turkey enchiladas, and they were absolutely delicious! It was nice to give the turkey a different flavor profile--these enchiladas didn't taste like leftover Thanksgiving dinner at all 🙂
