Brighten your winter with 12 easy jams and jellies! These no-canning-required recipes are the perfect seasonal treat.

Are you looking for a little winter project to brighten up these cold afternoons? Jams and jellies are just the thing! These recipes celebrate the best of the season's citrus, and some call for dried fruit or frozen berries. But there's a major twist: these recipes require minimal hands-on time, and no canning skills are needed (although some of them can be preserved with a hot water bath, if that's your preference).

Because these can all be stored in the refrigerator or freezer (for longer storage), you can skip the boiling water baths and heavy equipment. It's the easiest (and most delicious) way to bottle up some sunshine! These jars make wonderful "gifts from the kitchen," so we've created free printable labels to make yours look as beautiful as they taste. Just follow the directions in each particular post to receive the labels.

Thought For The Day

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying,
"Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man.
He will dwell with them, and they will be his people,
and God himself will be with them as their God.
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes,
and death shall be no more,
neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore,
for the former things have passed away."
Revelation 21:3-4
