12 jams and jellies you can make in the winter! These easy and delicious recipes can be stored in the freezer, so no canning is required.

If you need a little sunshine on a cold winter day, give these freezer jams and jellies a try! They come together quickly and utilize winter produce like fresh grapefruits, clementines, Meyer lemons and more.

Some of these jams and jellies are specifically designed to be stored in the freezer so you don't have to deal with a water bath and canning. Others can be canned if you prefer but all of them can be stored in the fridge or freezer. If canning is an option, it will be noted in the directions
