I've been making microwave caramel corn for, what seems like, a zillion years now but I'll never forget the first time I heard about it. "Caramel corn in the microwave??? You're kidding, right?". Wrong. Being a "curious cat" (that's what my husband, Scott calls me)I tried it and was AMAZED. Thought for the day:

Do not be anxious about anything,
but in every situation, by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving,
present your requests to God.
And the peace of God,
which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your minds
in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
