Hey, Chris.
I've made the Blueberry Buttermilk Breakfast cake at least three times and am currently enjoying it from my freezer which I baked last July.
In addition to its deliciousness, I have the joy of relishing the blueberries in it that came from my garden bushes. It is one of my top three cakes of all time.
Also great is your orange and lemon yogurt cakes. I never thought I'd see the day when I could mix cake ingredients in anything other than my Kitchen Aide! But, love the one-bowl method.
May thanks for all of your inspiration and exceptional recipes. Sandra
