Ridiculously Easy Rosemary Bread
"I never, ever comment on recipes but this is hands down the BEST bread recipe! So easy and turns out perfect every time. I made 6 loaves and froze them before baking for a big family dinner and everyone asked me for the recipe after!" -Kiley
"Made this amazingly detailed recipe (thank you!!) today for a friend who is having Stem Cell Transplant for Multiple Myeloma next week. The thorough instructions are much appreciated…the seeded bread, delicious and visually impressive…and the taste is spot-on. Great bread!" -Vicki
No-Knead Cinnamon Raisin Brioche Bread
"Thank you for making me look like a rock star!!! Gifted 12 loaves for Christmas. I made 6 batches (2 loaves each). This was the easiest to make and according to everyone “the best raisin bread I ever had”. The only thing I did differently was microwave the raisins in about 3 TB water to soften and then cool before I added them to the flour. I’m teaching my sister how to make the bread next week. She doesn’t believe how simple it is to make. I’m truly enjoying making many of the recipes on your site and have loved everyone. Great photography also. Thanks for making me look good." - Chris
Ridiculously Easy Brioche Dinner Rolls
"So I’m prepping for the holiday and I’ve made probably 4 different brioche recipes everywhere from Julia Childs, to food network, and yours. This is by FAR the best tasting, the easiest, and the most thoughtfully exposing. Julia Childs recipe was second. Close but this still won." -Kyle
Overnight No-Knead Brioche Bread
"This looked and seemed too easy to be true. I live at 10,000+ feet and was sure this would not work. WRONG. It worked perfectly. This is a delicious bread, perfect texture, and taste. Thank you a million. Still going WOW!" - Sandra
Ridiculously Easy Seeded Focaccia Bread
"I feel as though I’ve just had a spiritual encounter in my kitchen as I sit here devouring the first loaf, and will soon be on to the second if I don’t put it out of sight. My children are in agreement. I love how adaptable it is as well, with the ability to use any seeds/herbs/seasonings I have on hand. I can’t thank you enough for this insanely simple recipe that I’m sure will be a staple in our household from now until forever." -Sara

Ridiculously Easy Focaccia Bread
"I love this recipe! So good and so easy. I’ve never been much of a bread baker, but this has changed that. I literally cannot stop eating this crisp, crunchy bread. Have made it twice already. Thank you for this wonderful recipe." - Debbie
"Ok wow, I was skeptical, I did let my buns prove for 40 minutes, as I just couldn’t believe it would work in 15 minutes. That aside, I have been a professional chef for 30 years and had some buttermilk that needed to be used and a hankering for a burger. This Bun is the business! I am beside myself with delight! It is so, so fluffy and tasty! I never comment online about anything, but you have got me on this bun. It is now my go-to bun; full stop. I did follow the recipe on everything but the proofing time, next time I will try your 15 minute time, “cuz ” if that works too?? uh friend, you have created a bread miracle." - Lisa
Unbelievably Easy Artisan Rolls
"Wish I hadn’t waited so long to try the recipe! Could not be easier. Very rustic and delicious. I’m going to add some rosemary next time."- Diane

Thought for the day:
You alone are the Lord.
You made the heavens, even the highest heavens,
and all their starry host,
the earth and all that is on it,
the seas and all that is in them.
You give life to everything,
and the multitudes of heaven worship you.

Hi, I like your work and you convinced me to try again to bake bread, after some okeish/unsuccessfully results. But, sadly is hard for me to do this recipe in cups, because I am from Romania(Europe), and we measure our ingredients more in grams than in cups and every time when i measure in cups it goes wrong the final result. And for this recipe, i tried to convert the ingredients in gr/ml with 3 different converters and they gave me 3 different results. For me is more easy and accurate to measure the ingredients in gr/ml for a successful result, gives me more confident to work in grams. Can you somehow to convert me the ingredients in gr/ml, prety please?😁
Chris Scheuer says
Hi Ligia, If you look at most of our recipes, right above the word “Instructions”, there is an option to convert from US Customary to Metric measurements. We have lots of readers from European countries and they find this helpful.
If you ever come across a recipe on our site that doesn’t have the metric button, please let me know and I can add it. Some of our older recipes don’t have this.
Happy bread making!

Oh, now i see where I wrote the comment, I thought I wrote the comment at Rosemary Bread recipe. There isn't the metric measurements button. Thank you so much and I will tell you how it is the final result of my bread!

The last recipe for the roll doesn’t seem to have a name to trail to actual recipe. Can you please provide?
Thanks

Thanks for letting us know, JK! It should be there now. Just refresh you page.

Hi! I love all of your bread recipes. I'm interested in higher fiber bread recipes. Do you have any? Thank you!
Chris Scheuer says
Hi Virginia, thanks so much. Probably the seeded oatmeal bread would be the highest in fiber.
