Hi, Chris!
I plan to make your Pineapple Habenero and Blackberry jellies to give as favors for my daughter’s wedding. They both look so good and I would love to have the labels!
Thanks so much,
Jan

What a great idea, Jan! We will send the labels now.
Nancy MacMinn says
I have a box of liquid certo. How can I use it instead of the box of powdered pectin listed in the recipe. Do I need to add more sugar?
Chris Scheuer says
Hi Nancy, liquid and powdered pectin are not interchangeable. If you look at recipes for the same type of jam with the two pectins, the proportions are usually quite different. I don't recommend it.
Brigida says
Hi Chris,
I would love to make your lovely Raspberry Meyer Lemon Marmalade, would you be so kind as to send me the PDF for the labels. I am starting to think about gift giving for some of my friends and neighbours and the label adds such a finishing touch to these little jars tied with a ribbon .
Thank you
Brigida

Chris, I was just imagining the jelly rainbow and wondered about a green...then found your Green Pepper one. Could you design one with kiwi or lime too?
Chris Scheuer says
Hi Viv, I don't have labels for the Jalapeno jelly at this time. Perhaps I can republish that one at some point and make a label for it. I haven't tried kiwi jelly but that is intriguing!

Do you have a recipe for the beautiful sliced bread showing on this page?
Thanks so much
Chris Scheuer says
Hi Virgina, I don't have a recipe for that particular bread as it was purchased but this one is similar if you made it in two smaller loaves: https://thecafesucrefarine.com/no-knead-seeded-oatmeal-bread/
Chris Scheuer says
Hi Virgina, I believe that bread was purchased but it's very similar to this bread:https://thecafesucrefarine.com/seeded-oat-bread/
Viv says
Oh, to have one of each glistening jar on a sunny windowsill! Not only are they little gems and jewels but their flavors excite with that unexpected hint of hot. Lovely, thanks for a bright post on this dreary, gray and snowy day in Alberta.
Chris Scheuer says
That sounds like something I'd like to take a picture of, Viv! Thanks for painting this lovely picture with your words! 💕
