  2. Hi, Chris!
I plan to make your Pineapple Habenero and Blackberry jellies to give as favors for my daughter’s wedding. They both look so good and I would love to have the labels!

  3. I have a box of liquid certo. How can I use it instead of the box of powdered pectin listed in the recipe. Do I need to add more sugar?

    1. Hi Nancy, liquid and powdered pectin are not interchangeable. If you look at recipes for the same type of jam with the two pectins, the proportions are usually quite different. I don't recommend it.

  4. Hi Chris,
I would love to make your lovely Raspberry Meyer Lemon Marmalade, would you be so kind as to send me the PDF for the labels. I am starting to think about gift giving for some of my friends and neighbours and the label adds such a finishing touch to these little jars tied with a ribbon .
    Thank you

    1. Hi Viv, I don't have labels for the Jalapeno jelly at this time. Perhaps I can republish that one at some point and make a label for it. I haven't tried kiwi jelly but that is intriguing!

  9. Oh, to have one of each glistening jar on a sunny windowsill! Not only are they little gems and jewels but their flavors excite with that unexpected hint of hot. Lovely, thanks for a bright post on this dreary, gray and snowy day in Alberta.
