Thought for the day:

Where can I go from your Spirit?
    Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
    if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
    if I settle on the far side of the sea,
even there your hand will guide me,
    your right hand will hold me fast.
Psalm 139:7-10

    1. Hi Sue, thanks for your encouraging words.
      Regarding low sugar desserts, that is, honestly, not my forte. I understand your situation though as I have family members who are diabetic. I think this is a really great website for diabetic recipes: https://hangrywoman.com

  5. Hi Sharon! You're so correct about food for the soul being necessary as much as for the body! Thanks for taking the time to share a comment 🥰

  6. I love your scripture inspiration for today. Food for the soul, every bit as important as nourishment for the body. We need both!
