  1. Chris, I’m having 30 people to my house for a ministry dinner. Do you think the green beans would be manageable for that number? They are so pretty.

    1. Hi Dixie!
I think if you have time to prep them the day before, it would be fine. Then you could just pop them in the oven at the last minute. The only other thing to take into consideration, would be how much other stuff you will need to be using the oven for.
Hope that helps and that your dinner goes well!

  2. Hi Sandra, thanks so much for your kind words!
I think rice would work, especially black rice! Have you ever tried it? I'm actually going to be posting a recipe for black rice and then a salad I make with it. It makes a stunning presentation, has a nice nutty flavor and would be so beautiful with this salad!

  3. Hi Chris, Love Your Recipes and your website. I am in Canada so we have already "done" Thanksgiving but we are planning to host a special Christmas luncheon with all of our neighbours so will be using almost all of these wonderful sides. A quick question have you ever done the couscous recipe with rice? I am not a big fan of couscous but we do rice every week, welcome your feedback.
