We wait all year for summer tomatoes! Make the most of them with these easy and delicious recipes that everyone will love.

Tomatoes are one of the best things about summer! We love sampling all the varieties and there's nothing like a ripe, juicy tomato straight from the garden. If you need a little inspiration for using all those summer tomatoes, this post is for you.

We made the Stone Fruit Caprese Salad (pictured above( for dinner the other night and it was bursting with summer flavors! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We've included several other salads as well as a wonderful roasted tomato soup and easy focaccia bread. Make them before summer is over!
