I've been making microwave caramel corn for, what seems like, a zillion years now but I'll never forget the first time I heard about it. "Caramel corn in the microwave??? You have to be kidding!". When I tried it, I was even more amazed. Microwave caramel corn is made in a big brown paper grocery bag so there's minimal mess and clean up.
And the taste? SO delicious, crisp, buttery and loaded with fabulous caramel flavor. Try it, you will be shocked and amazed too! And one day, you'll probably say, "I've been making microwave caramel corn for, what seems like, a zillion years now but I'll never forget the first time I heard about it..."
