I love all your bread recipes, but living in SO. CA. we have had temps like today, 99 F and have been having ISO's to conserve energy, no washing machines or dishwashers during the day. But who would want to do so in such hot weather. Obviously I certainly do not want to heat up my house with oven baking, I have no air conditioning and have todo with fans only day and night.
At this weather rate we are going, I believe we will not nave a sinter at all and continue in the 80's.
I am waiting for the time when I can bake to my hearts content and make all your lovely recipes. Thanks.

Wow, that is crazy hot, Velia. I don't blame you for not baking. I hope your weather does cool down soon!

Chris, I love all the recipes from ' the Café sucre farine' they are as said, ridiculously easy and always a success.
I'm not registered on any social network, FB or IM but I subscribe to your site which is the best.
Absolutely love your insights and recipes including the recent mint pesto which I am trying to get at before the summer is over.
Blessed to have discovered the café.
