Ten jams, jellies, and marmalades you can make in the winter, no canning required! Brighten someone's day with these delicious recipes.
Have you ever made homemade jam? It really is easier than you think! There are lots of delicious jams, jellies and marmalades you can make, even in the winter. We love having these stashed in the freezer. These recipes do not have to be preserved in a traditional water bath but can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them fresh. This way is so much simpler and requires much less work although, if you enjoy canning, many of them can be preserved to make them shelf stable.
Jams, jellies and marmalades also make wonderful gifts from the kitchen. Many of these jams and jellies have free printable labels to make your gifts extra special. We are happy to email the labels to you. We just ask that you leave a comment on each individual post so that we can keep everything organized. Enjoy!
